Kids Camp Amelia* 10am-11am Pastry Demonstration & Tasting ~ Marché Burette. Watch and learn from our Award-winning Pastry Chef, Jeff Barnes, as he creates one of his own holiday favorites. Take home special tips and a recipe for making your own yummy desserts! Complimentary.

Kids Camp Amelia* 10am-noon Cooking Demonstration & Tasting ~ Marché Burette. Sample one of Chef, Dale Ford’s delicious creations and take home one of his secret recipes! Complimentary.

Falcon's Nest ~ Ring in the New Year at the Best Bar on Amelia Island! DJ begins at 10pm, party favors & champagne toast at midnight. Space is limited to the first 150pp. $20 in advance or $25 at door. No reserved seating. Come earlier and enjoy a Prime Rib dinner available from 5pm – 10pm for $17.95 (plus tax) per adult.
